My name is Elia and I'm behind Melopima. Being a mama of 3 and have my own business is not an easy task, but the feel of bringing the best quality of clothes for our babies is what I'm more proud!
It all started in France in 2007, when I found beautiful models of clothes for my children, but with a very low quality of cotton, which caused them allergies. I knew about Peruvian cotton, having used it during my childhood and I knew that it was one of the best cottons in the world, mostly organic, which stand out for their purity and softness.
Melopima was born as a result of a need that I faced at the time of being a mother for the second time and looking for the best for my children, uniting the French design and the quality of Pima cotton from Peru was not only a challenge but a commitment.
The Melopima Production is carried out entirely in Peru in a small family workshop since 2008, the designs are creations of French, Canadian and Spanish artists.
Our range of products, from newborn babies to 8 years old kids, uses only fabrics of pure Peruvian pima cotton and organic certification.
Direct trade from our workshop to the public allows us to have the most affordable prices for the best product in its category of slow fashion and home made.
Our responsibility to the community is to provide them with sources of work and development throughout the manufacturing, sale and dispatch process.
We understand that by being responsible for the total manufacture of our collection, we are allowed to offer an ecological and fair trade product without making it massive but rather segmented, for the most delicate skins.
Melopima is then a new option, the best quality and the most beautiful designs available to everyone.
Using Melopima makes them smile!
